For 80 years Davis Corner Volunteers have been responding to calls for emergency service and plan on continuing that tradition for years to come. Over that time the cost of supplies, equipment and ambulances has increased while the cost to our patients has remained the same, FREE. Our ambulances rise to the occasion daily but over the years need replacing, that time is coming again soon and we need your help.

We are one of ten volunteer rescue squads in Virginia Beach, VA who together make up your Emergency Medical Services (EMS), aka VBRescue, system. Our membership is comprised of everyday people, like yourselves, who meet the same national standards of training as career professionals. You can rest assured that the crews that show up in your time of need are some of the best trained in the nation.

In today's world the cost to replace an ambulance starts at approximately 240,000 dollars and when fully stocked with all supplies and equipment needed nears 300,000 dollars or more.

We survive on the generosity of our friends, neighbors and businesses. To supplement your donations we constantly apply for grants to assist in meeting our financial needs to able to continue to provide our services at no cost to our citizens and visitors of our great city.
